In recent years, economic and climate impacts have dominated news headlines. Cities and municipalities impacted by severe weather events and economic downturns understand the challenges of building and maintaining critical infrastructure – as well as opportunities for growth.
During this year’s Toronto Global Forum, the panel discussion on ’Rethinking Infrastructure for a Changing Planet explored how Canadian corporations are reshaping industries, policies and economies through climate resiliency and decarbonization. George Monize, Vice President, Indo-Pacific, Export Development Canada (EDC) led the conversation by asking panelists three important questions:
