Our team oversaw the delivery of the project through planning, design, construction, and close-out. Our team was responsible for the preparation and release of the RFP for design, supply, and installation of the units. A design-build procurement strategy was based on tight-timelines and a fixed project budget, funded by Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC). Our team prepared monthly reports for the Project Committee, including financial reports for INAC. The inspection of the new homes was completed by the Mushkegowuk Council with technical support from our field staff. The project was completed six months ahead of the original schedule.
