The City of Niagara Falls hired our team to provide project management services, from concept design phase through construction and commissioning. Working from an extensive set of owner’s requirements and performance specifications, our team managed the design-build process to ensure the successful bidder stayed within the specified budget. Additionally, we managed the sustainable design elements, worked with the facility operator on fit-up, and assisted the city in achieving LEED Silver certification.
