Infrastructure Ontario (IO) selected Colliers Project Leaders as its Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) for high complexity projects in November 2023 following an open, fair and competitive proposal process.
Under the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Colliers Project Leaders will be establishing and managing Vendors of Record (VOR) in accordance with IO policies. We will no longer leverage IO’s VORs once the new VORs have been established.
VOR Pre-qualification Call Coming in May
In May, we will issue a call through MERX to pre-qualify for VOR lists for construction services in relation to IO’s high complexity projects with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000.
Vendors will be subject to the terms of the Colliers Project Leaders Vendor Performance Program (VPP).
Once the call is posted, we will issue a second communication with a link to the Colliers Project Leaders VOR page on MERX.
