The building was delivered using a Design-Build procurement method with our team providing project management services. Our role involved the creation of a detailed project implementation plan to provide direction, and contract development, including the facility program, indicative design, and the owner’s statement of requirements. These components supported the financing portion of the project by estimating a cost ceiling that received public approval. Our team developed the Design-Build RFP, held a series of confidential commercial and design evaluation meetings, administered proposal review with a fairness advisor, and aided in the selection of the Design-Build team. Following procurement, our team provided project management services for the delivery of the contract.
