Colliers Project Leaders acted as Instacart’s independent project management advocate and “boots-on-the-ground”, leading the fit-up and coordination of work between the design firms and other third-party contractors.

Following Ontario’s March 2020 state of emergency declaration in response to COVID-19, our team partnered with Infrastructure Ontario, the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) and Northern College to convert space at the college’s Moosonee Campus for a pop-up rapid response hospital unit.

In November 2014, the Government of Canada announced $5.8B under the New Building Canada Fund for investment in public infrastructure, including $380M for major repairs and upgrades to federal laboratories and research facilities.

The City of Barrie is one of Ontario’s fastest growing cities, and with that growth comes opportunity. The city has invested $76 million into a series of transit improvements that increase connectivity and traffic flow for residents and local businesses in the south end.
