Holt Renfrew outgrew their current space at Yorkdale Mall. To meet the growing needs of the modern shopper, Holt Renfrew renovated and expanded their existing location.

George Brown College’s existing gym was a tired and undersized facility to host OCAA events. The College expanded and renovated the facility to show its commitment to student life and activities.

In 2017, the province decided to move forward with a 144-bed facility based on a “social model” of care, which focuses on improving the quality of life for residents by optimizing functional independence, socialization, and decision-making autonomy.

The Fort Henry Visitor Centre is a national historic site owned by Parks Canada and leased to the St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC). The SLPC, with Parks Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, built a new 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art visitor centre.

With a commitment to reduce the steadily increasing water demand, the City of Dawson Creek entered into a unique partnership with Shell Canada to develop a reclaimed water plant.
