Technology upgrades in a newly renovated workplace.
Colliers Project Leaders renovated the Wolters Kluwer New York City office space including audio/video (A/V) technology upgrades to emulate new global corporate standards. The space was delivered on budget and met a tight schedule even with a redesign of certain spaces during construction.
Colliers collaborated with the global A/V team to identify all the upgrade requirements, leveraged the original design elements, and coordinated the required changes in the field to ensure that the overall project schedule was not impacted. Colliers also worked with the added challenge of reducing the overall space square footage requirement from 160,000 gsf to 131,000 gsf.
The project was a success coming in on budget and on time despite the unexpected mid-project changes. The space has become the new standard for future workplace projects at Wolters Kluwer.
