PSPC Invests in Vancouver Heritage Buildings Transformation

Located at 757 West Hastings Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver, B.C., the Sinclair Centre includes four heritage buildings originally constructed between 1910 and 1940. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is embarking on a P3 redevelopment project to create a modern, sustainable and inclusive federal hub that respects the centre’s historical and cultural influences.

Kawartha Lakes’ Long Term Care Facility Master Plan

Our Infrastructure Advisory team recently presented an update on a Master Plan for Victoria Manor, the City of Kawartha Lakes’ long term care home. The Master Plan will guide the city’s investment decisions for the rest of the facility’s life and help it assess options for continuity of service.

Completed work to date includes an asset inventory, a facility condition assessment, capital cost forecasting, a maintenance program and a property appraisal.
