Our healthcare team, led by Jayne Grills, Principal has been selected to help lead the redevelopment of two 128-bed, long-term care (LTC) facilities: Rockwood Terrace in Durham and Grey Gables in Markdale. Andrew Rodrigues will be the Designated Project Manager responsible for delivering these projects.
Colliers Project Leaders will work closely with the County Redevelopment Taskforce to deliver these new facilities that will provide care and services to the seniors of Grey County. The projects will include a combination of our services, including Project Management, Infrastructure Advisory, and Furniture Planning & Procurement and Operational Readiness.
